Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Lakin, KS

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide labor and delivery nursing care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Lakin, Kansas. The role also supports a small emergency area and skilled swing bed patients.

• Monitor laboring patients and maternal-fetal status
• Support deliveries and immediate postpartum care
• Provide newborn care and stabilization support
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Administer ordered medications and maintain IV therapy
• Support low-acuity emergency and swing bed patients when assigned

• Kansas or compact Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience

• Charge nurse experience
