Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Overland Park, KS

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for labor, delivery, and recovery patients in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Overland Park, Kansas. The unit has 13 beds plus 3 triage beds, uses CPN/GE charting, and follows 1:1 labor and recovery ratios. Fetal monitoring and OR equipment support patient care.

• Assess labor, delivery, recovery, and antepartum patients
• Monitor fetal status and maternal condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries
• Support cesarean section care and recovery
• Circulate for cesarean deliveries
• Document care in CPN/GE

• Kansas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Labor and delivery experience
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program

• Circulation for cesarean deliveries
• Newborn delivery support
• Antepartum experience
