Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Davenport, IA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care in a birth center during a 13 week contract in Davenport, Iowa. The unit supports labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care with fetal monitoring and obstetric support. It serves patients needing close maternal and infant assessment.

• Assess laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
• Monitor fetal heart tracings and maternal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Support newborn assessment and immediate stabilization
• Collaborate on care plans and patient education
• Document care and respond to changes in condition

• Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• NRP certification
• AWHONN fetal heart monitoring certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
