Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Pella, IA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide safe obstetric care in a critical access hospital during a 13 week contract in Pella, Iowa. The role supports patients through assessment, care coordination, and communication with families and the care team.

• Assess patients across age-specific needs
• Collaborate with the care team and families
• Direct support staff in daily care
• Perform general nursing duties with critical thinking
• Apply evidence-based practice to support outcomes
• Communicate clearly during patient care coordination

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current BLS certification, with completion within 3 months of hire if needed
• Current ACLS certification
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork
• Basic computer knowledge

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Acute care experience
