Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support vascular IR cases in a hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and supports teaching-oriented care.

• Prepare cases by pulling inventory and arranging supplies
• Run the table and controls during vascular IR procedures
• Perform 3D spins and support fusion imaging
• Film, process, and document images in Epic
• Track inventory used during cases
• Assist with C-arm imaging for simple surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons and procedural team members

• Virginia licensure, with temporary eligibility for an active out-of-state license
• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of interventional radiology or vascular experience
• Endovascular intervention experience, including EVAR, TEVAR, and extremity angiography

• ARRT VI certification
• Hybrid OR and Trauma Level I experience
• Angioplasty, carotid stenting, and thrombolysis/thrombectomy experience
• Ultrasound and vascular closure system experience
