Travel Intermediate Care RN in Thomasville, GA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in a 24-bed stepdown unit in Thomasville, Georgia on a 13-week contract. Cerner charting and telemetry support the daily workflow.

• Monitor intermediate care patients and telemetry
• Start and maintain IV access
• Administer ordered therapies and blood products
• Manage oxygen support, airway care, and cardiac monitoring
• Support patients with central lines, feeding tubes, and wound care
• Collaborate with rapid response and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care and changes in Cerner

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications
• 3+ years recent stepdown experience
• Cerner charting system experience
• Telemetry, IV start, and intermediate care skills

• Vasoactive drip management without titration
• MS/Tele or remote telemetry experience
• PCA and renal failure patient care
• Previous charge experience
