Travel Intermediate Care RN in Thomasville, GA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in a stepdown unit on a 13-week contract in Thomasville, Georgia. The unit has 24 beds and uses Cerner charting.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Provide stepdown care for adult and geriatric patients
• Manage IV access, central lines, and PICC lines
• Assist with blood product administration and cardiac drips
• Support oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway care
• Respond to rapid response and code situations

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 3+ years recent stepdown experience
• Cerner charting system experience
• Telemetry, IV start, and rhythm interpretation skills

• Medical-surgical and telemetry experience
• Vasoactive and cardiac drip management
• Insulin drip titration experience
• Charge nurse experience
