Travel Intermediate Care RN in Petoskey, MI

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for cardiac stepdown patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Petoskey, Michigan. The unit serves patients recovering from cardiac interventions, open-heart surgery, heart failure, and electrophysiology care with advanced monitoring support.

• Monitor cardiac stepdown and progressive care patients
• Assess patients recovering from PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and pacemaker procedures
• Care for patients with congestive heart failure and electrophysiology needs
• Administer medications and support cardiac treatments and monitoring
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with the care team on safe discharge planning

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
