Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care in a step-down unit in an acute care hospital on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio.

• Monitor and assess patients with changing acuity
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Respond to telemetry changes and escalate concerns
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support safe transfers, admissions, and discharges

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care experience
• Clinical skills in step-down or progressive care
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• PCU or progressive care experience
