Travel Intermediate Care RN in Hilo, HI

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical and surgical patients in a hospital intermediate care unit on a 15-week contract in Hilo, Hawaii. Meditech EMR is used, with patients requiring wound vac and chest tube care.

• Monitor intermediate care patients and report changes
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Manage wound vacs and chest tubes as directed
• Document care in Meditech EMR
• Use pyxis for medication access
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient teaching

• Hawaii Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years of intermediate care experience
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
