Travel Intermediate Care RN in Hilo, HI

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a hospital intermediate care setting on a 15-week contract in Hilo, Hawaii. Meditech EMR is used, and the work involves medical, surgical acute, and cardiovascular care.

• Assess and monitor intermediate care patients
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Document patient status and nursing interventions
• Assist with wound vacs, chest tubes, and bedside therapies
• Coordinate care with providers and the care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Support safe patient flow and unit workflow

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license by start
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2-10 years of nursing experience

• PALS certification
• Procedural Sedation experience
• TNCC certification
• ENPC certification
