Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide step-down care for cardiovascular surgery patients in an acute care hospital on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit supports close monitoring, telemetry review, and recovery after surgery and cardiac events.

• Monitor cardiac and respiratory status for step-down patients
• Assess changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly
• Interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to abnormal findings
• Administer ordered medications and coordinate care plans
• Support recovery after cardiovascular surgery and related events
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license in hand
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care experience
