Travel Intermediate Care RN in Hilo, HI

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a hospital setting on a 15-week contract in Hilo, Hawaii. Meditech EMR is used, and the setting includes medical, surgical acute, and cardiovascular adult patient care.

• Monitor intermediate care patients and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Assess wound vacs, chest tubes, and other clinical devices
• Document assessments and care in Meditech EMR
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge teaching

• Hawaii Registered Nurse license by start of assignment
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of intermediate care or medical-surgical nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, and ENPC certification
