Travel ED RN in Newton, IA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital emergency room on a 13-week contract in Newton, Iowa.

• Triage and prioritize patients with emergent and urgent needs
• Perform focused assessments and start emergency nursing interventions
• Administer medications, fluids, and other ordered treatments
• Monitor vital signs and patient response to care
• Assist with procedures, diagnostics, and stabilization efforts
• Communicate status updates and support safe discharge or transfer

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
