Travel ED RN in Newton, IA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital in Newton, Iowa on a 13-week contract. The role supports rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment in the emergency room.

• Triage patients and prioritize emergency care
• Assess symptoms, vital signs, and acuity
• Initiate IV therapy and administer ordered treatments
• Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient response
• Document care and communicate changes to the team

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Acute emergency department clinical skills in triage, stabilization, and resuscitation
