A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa. The role serves an emergency unit in a hospital for patients needing rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring. It calls for quick clinical judgment and strong teamwork.

• Triage patients by acuity
• Assess and monitor vital changes
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Start IV access and support procedures
• Assist with resuscitation and stabilization
• Coordinate care and document findings

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong emergency assessment and critical-thinking skills
