Travel ED RN in Julesburg, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Julesburg, Colorado. The 15-bed unit serves birth through geriatric patients, uses Cerner charting, and commonly treats cardiac, diabetic, COPD, CHF, and trauma cases with 2:1 ratios.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients across birth through geriatric age groups
• Administer cardiac and diabetic drips and other ordered treatments
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Prepare medications as needed when pharmacy support is unavailable
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the chart
• Support trauma and medical cases in the emergency setting

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• 2 years of inpatient Registered Nurse experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
