Travel ED RN in Lonetree, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for emergency patients in a busy hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Lone Tree, Colorado. The 27-bed unit uses a 4:1 ratio and provides Level II trauma, chest pain center, and thrombectomy-capable stroke care. It is a high-volume setting with psych and at-risk patient care and procedural sedation support.

• Assess and triage emergency patients
• Monitor patients during trauma, chest pain, and stroke care
• Assist with procedural sedation and safety monitoring
• Support psych and at-risk patient care
• Collaborate with charge nurses and the care team
• Educate patients and families and respond to changing unit volume

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS in lieu of ENPC
• CPI Blue card
• Minimum 1 year of current emergency department hospital experience

• CEN certification
• Meditech experience
