Travel ED RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The 18-bed unit uses Meditech, and patient volume and ratios vary by acuity, usually 4:1. Onsite lab and radiology support are available.

• Assess emergency patients and support triage
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered treatments
• Obtain EKGs and other bedside data
• Provide wound care and assist with foley catheters and splinting
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in acuity
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy, lab, radiology, and the care team

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI Blue Card
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ED Registered Nurse experience
• Meditech experience
