Travel ED RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. The unit has 12 beds, uses EMR, and manages a 4:1 patient ratio in a fast-paced setting with STEMI and stroke care.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients
• Monitor and document patient status in EMR
• Support STEMI, stroke, TPA, and RSI care
• Administer medications and coordinate urgent interventions
• Collaborate with the emergency care team
• Respond to changing patient conditions
• Provide care in a high-acuity, fast-paced unit

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of ED experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC
• Emergency nursing assessment and critical thinking skills

• Strong neuro and cardiac skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced emergency department
