Travel ED RN in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a 13-week contract hospital unit in Charlottesville, Virginia. The unit serves adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics in a Level I trauma, comprehensive stroke, and chest pain center, and uses Epic.

• Assess emergency patients across age groups
• Stabilize trauma, chest pain, and stroke cases
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in Epic
• Support triage and patient flow in a busy unit

• Virginia Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain before start
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• 1 year in Level I trauma or 2 years in Level II trauma
• Pediatric patient experience
• Epic charting experience
