Travel CVOR Tech in Everett, WA

A Travel Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologist will support complex cardiothoracic and general operating room cases in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Everett, Washington. The service averages 55 cases a day, cares for adults and geriatrics, and documents in EPIC. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Scrub and assist with cardiothoracic procedures, including CABG, valve, and aortic cases
• Support general and laparoscopic operating room cases
• Prepare sterile instruments, implants, and supplies for complex surgery
• Maintain aseptic technique, counts, and specimen handling
• Reprocess flexible endoscopes and manage scope equipment
• Assist with room setup and turnover for surgical cases

• Washington state surgical technologist license, pending accepted
• BLS certification
• 2 years of CVOR experience
• General OR and laparoscopic case experience
• Aseptic technique, Universal Protocol, and sharps safety
• Care of scopes and fiber optic equipment; specimen handling and case cart skills

• NBSTSA certification
• VATS and mediastinoscopy experience
• Bronchoscopy, EGD, and EBUS scope experience
• Robotic and transplant case experience
