Travel CVOR Tech in Wichita, KS

A Travel CVOR Tech Surgical Technologist will assist with open heart and cardiovascular cases in an acute care hospital in Wichita, Kansas for a 13-week contract. The unit has 2 heart rooms, a 1:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech and CPN.

• Assist with CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR procedures
• Prepare the operating room and surgical supplies
• Maintain a sterile field and pass instruments during cases
• Support vascular and open heart procedures
• Work closely with the CVOR RN, CST, and providers
• Monitor case flow and respond to team needs during surgery

• Minimum 6 months of current CVOR Tech hospital experience
• BLS certification
• NBSTSA certification
• Active Kansas licensure
• Vascular training

• ACLS certification
• Open heart and cardiovascular experience
• Meditech experience
