Travel Case Management RN in Juneau, AK

A Travel OB Case Management Registered Nurse will provide case management and ambulatory nursing care in an outpatient clinic in Juneau, Alaska on a 15-week contract. It supports obstetric patients with care coordination, assessment, documentation, and patient education. The role works with providers and interdisciplinary teams in a culturally responsive setting.

• Perform comprehensive obstetric and ambulatory nursing assessments
• Build and update individualized case management plans
• Recognize changes in patient status and escalate care as needed
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of services
• Administer ordered medications and treatments in the clinic
• Document care activities and patient responses in the electronic health record
• Follow safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of experience
• OB case management experience
• Basic Life Support certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Case Management certification
• Bachelor’s degree
