• Review admissions and continued stays for medical necessity
• Coordinate care plans and discharge planning with the team
• Document utilization findings and case management actions
• Communicate with providers and payers about level of care
• Support denials, appeals, and utilization escalations
• Track authorizations and transition plans

• New York Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of utilization review or case manager experience
• Care coordination, documentation, and discharge planning skills
