Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for neuroscience, neurology and neurosurgical telemetry patients in a short-term acute care hospital in Spokane, Washington, on a 16-week contract. The unit uses Epic and serves a designated stroke population in a teaching level II trauma center.

• Monitor telemetry and identify rhythm changes
• Assess neurologic status and track NIHSS findings
• Care for post-surgical neurology and stroke patients
• Manage dysrhythmias and support rhythm interpretation
• Assist with BiPAP, CPAP and chest tube care
• Support procedural sedation monitoring and neurosurgical recovery

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Neuro stepdown and dysrhythmia management skills
• Experience with 1:5 patient assignments
