Travel Telemetry RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for neuroscience telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves neurology and neurosurgical patients at 1:4 ratios, uses Epic, and is part of a teaching hospital with stroke and trauma designations.

• Monitor telemetry and rhythm changes
• Perform neuro assessments and NIHSS screening
• Care for post-surgical neurology and stroke patients
• Manage dysrhythmias and related cardiac concerns
• Assist with BiPAP, CPAP, chest tubes, and sedation monitoring
• Coordinate care with interpretation services and the care team

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience
• Patient ratio experience with 4-5 patients
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
