Travel Telemetry RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for cardiac telemetry patients in an intensive care cardiac unit on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses Meditech charting and supports TEE and cardioversion.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
• Assess telemetry patients and report clinical concerns
• Administer ordered medications and treatments
• Assist with TEE and cardioversion
• Document care in Meditech
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• 2 years of travel experience

• Meditech experience
