Travel Surgical Tech in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in the adult operating room on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit has 22 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and supports a large robotics program.

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases
• Assist surgeons and the team during general, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, plastics, burn, urology, and colorectal procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support a safe operative field
• Pass instruments and supplies during procedures
• Handle specimens and case-related materials according to unit practice
• Support robotic cases and other advanced surgical services
• Coordinate turnover tasks and readiness for the next case

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program
• Strong sterile technique and surgical instrumentation skills

• Robotic surgical experience
