Travel Surgical Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in an adult acute care operating room in Portland, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The unit handles a broad mix of adult surgical specialties, uses Epic, and includes robotic and endovascular cases.

• Prepare the operating room and surgical field for adult cases
• Assist surgeons and the care team during general and specialty procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe room turnover
• Gather, arrange, and verify instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Support robotic and endovascular procedures as assigned
• Participate in counts, specimen handling, and intraoperative readiness

• NBSTSA certification
• BLS
• 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Prior travel experience
• Broad surgical equipment knowledge

• ASATT certification
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma Level I experience
• Pediatric and neonatal case experience
