Travel Surgical Tech in Live Oak, TX

A Travel Surgical Technologist will assist in the operating room in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Live Oak, Texas. The unit has 5 ORs, 1:1 ratios, and uses Meditech with basic OR equipment.

• Prepare operating rooms and sterile supplies
• Assist as scrub or circulator support during surgical cases
• Maintain sterile technique and anticipate team needs
• Handle basic OR equipment and patient positioning supplies
• Support open heart and mixed specialty procedures
• Document case flow in Meditech

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• OR circulator experience
• Open heart procedure scrubbing skills

• Orthopedic surgical experience
• Robotics experience
• Cardiovascular, neuro, thoracic, or vascular experience
