Travel Surgical Tech in Charleston, SC

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in an ambulatory operating room on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. Adults are cared for in 6 ORs and 1 procedure room, with ENT, ortho, eye, GYN, surgical oncology, and endocrine cases.

• Prepare sterile instruments and supplies for ambulatory surgical cases
• Assist the surgeon and anesthesia team during adult procedures
• Maintain aseptic technique and room readiness between cases
• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies during surgery
• Support setup for ENT, ortho, eye, GYN, oncology, and endocrine cases
• Precept team members when assigned

• BLS certification
• NBSTSA certification
• 2 years of surgical technology experience
• Ambulatory operating room experience
• Prior travel experience

• ENT, plastics, GYN, and urology case experience
• Robotics and pain procedure experience
