Travel Surgical Tech in South Carolina

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will support pediatric operating room and procedure cases in a children's hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The case mix includes ophthalmology, neuro, ENT, ortho trauma, polytrauma, and transplant services in a level I trauma, teaching, Magnet hospital with EPIC charting.

• Prepare the sterile field and surgical instruments
• Assist the surgical team during pediatric and adult cases
• Support ophthalmology, neuro, ENT, and trauma procedures
• Maintain accurate setup and turnover for each case
• Work with scrub duties across a busy operating room
• Follow sterile technique and safety standards throughout the procedure

• Current BLS
• NBSTSA certification
• 1 year of continuous scrub experience
• Ophthalmology, neuro, ENT, pediatric, and adult scrub experience

• CVOR experience
