Travel Surgical Tech in South Carolina

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will support operating room cases in a level one trauma teaching and Magnet hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The main operating room covers trauma, transplant, ortho, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics, uses EPIC, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for surgical procedures
• Assist the scrub team during trauma, transplant, ortho, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics cases
• Pass instruments, supplies, and specimens during procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs to support efficient case flow
• Maintain sterile technique and support turnover between cases

• NBSTSA certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of operating room surgical tech experience

• Neuro spine and craniotomy case experience
• ENT flap case experience
• Da Vinci Xi robotics case experience
