Travel Surgical Tech in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Surgical Technologist will assist in general and vascular operating room cases for a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The unit is in an acute care hospital with a Level 3 trauma designation and a broad surgical mix including ortho and neuro cases.

• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments
• Assist surgeons and the sterile team during general and vascular procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and instrument counts
• Handle central processing and setup support
• Anticipate needs during ortho, neuro, and vascular cases
• Support patient safety and case readiness throughout procedures

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS
• 3 years of surgical technology experience
• Current broad operating room experience in ortho, neuro, and vascular surgery
• Strong knowledge of central processing and instrumentation

• CST certification
