Travel Surgical Tech in Arcata, CA

A Travel Surgical Technologist will assist with surgical and endoscopy cases in an acute care hospital on a 17-week contract in Arcata, California.

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for cases
• Pass instruments, supplies, and implants during procedures
• Assist with endoscopy cases as needed
• Set up equipment and case carts before procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical asepsis
• Support specimen handling and counts
• Clean and restock the room between cases

• Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience
• BLS certification
• Current surgical technologist certification
• Strong sterile technique and instrumentation skills
