Travel Social Worker in San Jose, CA

A Travel Social Worker Licensed Clinical Social Worker will support adult PHP/IOP care in an outpatient psych unit on a 13-week contract in San Jose, California. The unit sees about 10 patients per group, runs 5 groups a day, and charts in Meditech.

• Facilitate psychotherapy and skills groups
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Update treatment plans and discharge plans
• Participate in treatment team meetings
• Perform safety assessments as needed
• Document care in Meditech

• California full license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Two years since master's graduation
• BLS certification

• CBT knowledge
• DBT knowledge
• Experience leading psychotherapy or skills groups
