Travel Social Worker in Olympia, WA

A Travel Social Worker Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide inpatient behavioral health treatment and discharge support in a hospital in Olympia, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adults with voluntary and involuntary admissions, suicide risk, psychosis, and other acute psychiatric needs, and uses EPIC charting.

• Assess behavioral health needs and safety risks
• Develop treatment plans and ongoing interventions
• Provide individual counseling and group therapy
• Support discharge planning and care coordination
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response
• Participate in care conferences and referrals

• Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of inpatient medical social work experience
• Behavioral health assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and discharge planning skills
• EPIC charting experience

• LMSW
• CPI
• Emergency department, ICU, long term acute care, or rehab experience
• Child protective services, adoption or foster care, or psychiatric hospital experience
