Travel SICU RN in Midland, MI

A Travel Surgical Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide pre- and post-operative critical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Midland, Michigan. The role supports surgical ICU patients using the nursing process, care coordination, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
• Coordinate total patient care based on changing needs and priorities
• Evaluate patient progress against the plan of care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment planning and implementation
• Support pre- and post-operative critical care for surgical ICU patients
• Document and communicate patient status clearly during care transitions

• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from AHA
• Michigan Registered Nurse license
