Travel SICU RN in Burlington, MA

A Travel Surgical Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Burlington, Massachusetts. The 24-bed unit serves general surgery, trauma, transplant, and cardiothoracic patients. It is a high-acuity, level one trauma center that uses Epic and multidisciplinary care.

• Assess critically ill surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• Administer complex medications and titrate therapies
• Support patients receiving advanced acute therapies
• Coordinate care with surgeons and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Promote safe handoffs and unit flow

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• ICU and telemetry experience
• Epic experience
• Proficiency with medications and dysrhythmias
