Travel SICU RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Surgical Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care support in a hospital in Dallas, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit serves surgical patients, including oncology cases, and uses Meditech. Bedside procedures and other ICU interventions are part of the setting.

• Monitor and assess surgical ICU patients with complex needs
• Support care plans for surgical and oncology patients
• Assist with central line, dialysis catheter, thoracentesis, cardioversion, and intubation procedures
• Track hemodynamic and respiratory status in the ICU
• Administer ordered treatments, medications, and critical care interventions
• Collaborate with the care team during bedside procedures and changes in condition

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Two years of ICU experience

• CRRT experience
• Hypothermia protocol experience
• Meditech experience
