Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Pulaski, VA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Pulaski, Virginia. The unit uses Meditech and supports general respiratory therapy needs.

• Assess patients and deliver ordered respiratory treatments
• Manage ventilator support and airway care
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and monitoring
• Provide oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and bronchodilator support
• Respond to respiratory emergencies with the care team
• Document patient status, therapy, and response in the record

• Virginia Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
