Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Florence, SC

A travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care and diagnostics in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The unit serves neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess respiratory status and support therapeutic care
• Administer inhaled therapies, oxygen, and noninvasive ventilation
• Assist with arterial blood gases and ventilator management
• Support intubation, extubation, and airway maintenance
• Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning, and specimen collection
• Help manage critical care and emergency respiratory needs

• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license at start
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS at start
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with recent critical care experience
• Community hospital, Epic charting system, and prior travel experience

• High-risk delivery support
• Bronchoscopy and inhaled nitric oxide support
• NICU, pediatric critical care, and trauma level I or II experience
