Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital PCU/stepdown unit on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The 42-bed unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and is part of a Level II trauma teaching hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess and monitor adults with cardiac and stepdown needs
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Track telemetry and rhythm changes
• Care for chest pain, post-MI, and post-cardiac cath patients
• Manage IV therapy, lines, drains, and blood products
• Support airway care, wound care, and rapid response team needs

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of progressive care unit or stepdown experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration experience

• Previous charge experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Renal transplant, seizure disorder, or skin graft experience
