Per Diem Progressive Care Unit RN in Olympia, WA

A Per Diem Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for telemetry and stepdown patients in a hospital in Olympia, Washington. The unit uses Epic and supports cardiac tele, tele, and PCU/stepdown patients with 1:4-5 ratios. The role is well suited to nurses who enjoy close monitoring and team-based care.

• Assess and monitor progressive care patients
• Manage cardiac telemetry and bedside alarms
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Collaborate with providers and the care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from AHA
• 1+ years of PCU experience in a similar hospital setting
• Experience in cardiac tele, tele, and stepdown settings
• Epic experience

• ACLS certification from AHA
