Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Olympia, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide adult and geriatric care in a short term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Olympia, Washington. EPIC charting and a 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio shape the assignment.

• Monitor telemetry and rhythm changes
• Assess adults and geriatrics with progressive care needs
• Administer medications and blood products
• Manage IV access, central lines, and PICC lines
• Support oxygen therapy, ventilator care, and tracheostomy care
• Coordinate charge nurse duties and rapid response support

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• 3 years of US acute care experience
• Charge nurse experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Telemetry, drip management, and line care skills

• ACLS
• NIHSS
• Cardiac catheterization and post procedure experience
• Wound care and drain management
