Per Diem Progressive Care Unit RN in Olympia, WA

A Per Diem Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for cardiac telemetry and stepdown patients in an acute care hospital in Olympia, Washington. The unit uses Epic and maintains a 1:4-5 ratio.

• Monitor telemetry and assess progressive care patients
• Administer medications and support treatments
• Recognize changes in condition and escalate concerns
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans in Epic
• Coordinate care with the interprofessional team
• Educate patients and families on recovery and cardiac care

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS from AHA
• 1+ years of Progressive Care Unit experience in a similar hospital setting
• Epic experience

• ACLS from AHA
