Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Clarkston, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in a med-surg and progressive care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Clarkston, Washington. The role supports patients in a small critical access hospital with telemetry needs and Level IV trauma care. Strong documentation, patient education, and equipment safety are key.

• Assess patient needs and care priorities
• Educate patients and families using appropriate teaching methods
• Monitor safety and use preventive measures, restraints, and equipment correctly
• Maintain infection control and isolation practices with standard precautions
• Document patient status, nursing interventions, and responses accurately
• Complete physician orders and report critical lab values promptly
• Give accurate handoff reports and support supply restocking

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS
• BLS/BCLS
• 3 years of MedSurg/PCU experience
• Strong telemetry and progressive care nursing skills
