Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Clarkston, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for medical-surgical and progressive care patients in a hospital setting during a 13-week contract in Clarkston, Washington. The unit includes telemetry and med-surg care in a Level 4 trauma hospital.

• Assess and monitor progressive care and medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Educate patients and families using appropriate teaching methods
• Document assessments, interventions, responses and charge accurately
• Implement infection control, isolation and standard precautions
• Communicate critical lab values and coordinate care with physicians
• Maintain emergency carts, room supplies and essential equipment

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience
