Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for adults and geriatrics in a stepdown unit in Spokane, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic, serves cardiac and medical patients, and is in a teaching hospital with Level II trauma designation. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor adults and geriatrics in progressive care
• Titrate and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Track telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• Care for chest pain, Afib RVR, CHF, and post-cardiac patients
• Support oxygen therapy, CPAP, and BiPAP care
• Assist with rapid response, central lines, and wound care

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of PCU or stepdown experience
• Experience titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Epic charting system experience

• Charge nurse experience
• Teaching hospital experience
